Packing and shipping

All parts are packed responsibly and all packing materials are new.
Static sensetive items are supplied in new anti-static bags or protective foam.
We do not charge additional for packing or packing materials.

We will not falsify customs or or other international shipping forms.
The actual cost of your purchase will be noted on any such paperwork and duties, taxes or import fees may be liable on your part.
We are not responsible for any additional fees levied due to shipping or importation.
If a package is refused and redelivered to us, the order will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred.

No in-person pickups are available.
All items are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex.
Fedex Ground service is not available. Sorry.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment.
Due to our location, orders may sometimes be delayed because of bad weather.


Return Policy

Parts are returnable, less shipping charges.
If any part fails to meet expectations, please return it within 10 days for a refund.
This guarantee does not cover parts already soldered or otherwise modified (scratched, dirty, chipped, bent pins, etc.)
